A multi-discipline BIM project for a TD Bank facility in Pittsfield, MA. The scope included modeling all architectural, structural, MEP, and site elements.
The model was developed in Revit 2023 with LOD 300 detail, supporting coordination, visualization, and documentation needs.
The client requested a clean, well-structured BIM model covering all building systems. All components were to be modeled in the existing phase with strict base point alignment.
Key elements included branded architectural features, MEP systems, roof utilities, and detailed site work. The deliverables also required complete sheet documentation.
The project involved modeling complex components such as a waffle slab on the first floor, above-ceiling construction, and detailed facade profiles.
Point cloud alignment to the base point was critical. Additional challenges included site elements like bollards, hydrants, signage, and landscaped zones.
Maintaining accurate scale, phasing, and documentation while coordinating across disciplines added to the project’s complexity.
Walls (including above ceiling), doors (TD brand handles), windows, ceilings, floors, soffits, signage, canopies, furniture, fixtures, and powered ceiling items.
Columns, beams, joists, and a detailed waffle slab modeled per the structural layout.
Ducts, fire suppression pipes, and water supply lines integrated into the architectural model.
Site Plan, Floor Plan, RCP, Roof Plan, Exterior Elevations, and two Sections (Longitudinal + Transverse).
Includes fencing, poles, hydrants, manholes, parking lot outlines, TD signage, curbs, and landscaping.
The project was delivered as a fully coordinated Revit 2023 model at LOD 300, structured for efficient use in design coordination and facility planning.
